Hi,

I wonder if there are more than one morpheme in the word intelligent.

Nope, just one morpheme. In fact, it's called a "free morpheme," meaning that it can stand alone.

In a word like unintelligent, there are two morphemes. There's the free morpheme "intelligent," and the prefix un-, which is called a "bound morpheme" because it can't stand alone; it must be attached or bound to a free morpheme.
