I'd appreciate it if someone would answer my question. Thanks in advance.
Are the following 3 sentences the same in meaning?
A: The door was closed, and we could not enter the room.
B: The door being closed, we could not enter the room.
C: The door closed, we could not enter the room.

Yes, they are the same. The all show that as a result of the closed door, we could not enter the room.
The first one could also be this:
The door was closed, so (that) we could not enter the room. _______
I'm wondering, though, Dragon feeders: Is 'closed' the verb you want, or do you want 'locked'? A closed door can be opened, but a locked door can't be.

--You are right. Sorry. I miswrote. "locked" is correct. Thank you.
