There is no significant difference, in the context of this discussion:
1. I'm talking about a woman who everyone seems to think | is an angel. 2. I'm talking about a woman who everyone seems to think | will become CEO. In both cases, "who" is correct, since it is the subject of the part after the vertical bar. MrP (Answers relate to BrE.) |
