Woman: I've felt so tired since I got up this morning.
Man: I think you ate too much and too late last night. Why did the woman feel tired in the morning? (A) She didn't have dinner. (B) She had a heavy dinner. (C) She didn't get enough sleep. (D) She went to bed too late. What is the correct choice? ---------------------------------------------- Thank you very much for your reply. |

The given answer is B. But I think that C and D are also acceptable.

OK, I saw this posted at several sites.
We don't know why the woman herself felt tired. We only know what that man said. And the logic and the experience suggests that you can be tired as a result of lack of sleep too. Confusing question and answers. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Marius Hancu, |

I agree with Jerry that this is a bad question.
If the questiion said, "According to the man," then the answer would be (B). |
