Which are correct:

1-The company whose going broke caused a lot of legal debates belonged to him.
2-The contract whose drawing up took a month was signed yesterday.
3-The neighbour whose dancing about caused a lot of noise every night was told to stop.
4-The man whose beating up his neighbour caused a scandal left his appartment.
5-The man whose beating up of his neighbour caused a scandal left his appartment.

The first four are all correct, although they all seem a bit heavy.

The last is not quite correct. If we have 'of,'l we'd need 'the' before the gerund. We can't have 'the' here because we have 'whose.'
