In my opinion:

All the plants will grow well in a month's time. (when we know what type of plants we are talking about)


All Plants grow well in a month's time. (general idea about plant NOT specific type)

There's absolutely no difference, Davidrock. By the way, glad to see you again! Smile

In a month's time is just an expression, and you can substitute month with other periods of time like week and year: in a week's time / in a year's time.
