That won't work, Volcano. The correct choice is B. That's the only choice that will work before more.

A will work only before the adjective (in this case, efficient).

Another word that will work -- even though it isn't present here as a choice -- is much: they're much more efficient.

I absolutely agree with Richard. Much is the most common modifier to be used in such cases and it is to be contrasted in meaning with a bit i.e. a bit more
