Sorry, but both adjectives are acceptable:

  • I'm not a huge fan ... means I may be a fan, even a big fan, but I'm not absolutely crazy about whomever is the focus of my attention.

  • I'm not a big fan ... means I may be a fan or at least like whoever it is, but as we say, I can take him or leave him / take her or leave her.
