Are there any transitive phrasal verbs where the noun object must come between the verb and the particle? If so, please guide me to them.

As a general rule, when the object is pronominal it must be placed between the verb and the particle:

- I was ready to blow him out but I let him have his day. (from The New York Times) NOT to blow out him
