All those words between 'chance' and the second 'is' -- are parenthetical. They are not necessary to make a complete sentence.

The words are written in the dialect of the speaker. He uses 'an' instead of 'and,' and 'achin' instad of 'aching.'

Those words in the middle are the characters' added comments about the chance to make a lot of money.
