Hello David, I see…. I probably needed to explain. I use a form provided by my workplace to make suggestions to colleagues, and the space in the form is small though it can be expanded. This sentence is for that somewhat confined space. I of course want to be proper to my colleagues while being succinct. How close is this situation to sending a code message from the moon? The problem is I cannot tell if I am doing damage to meaning or not.
