Reconcile to, reconcile with, reconcile against

Are Reconcile to, reconcile with, reconcile against the same in meaning/usage?

Kindly correct me if my sentences below are incorret?

1. The journal entry you recorded in your new software is not reconciled to the new accounting software.

2. My figures are not reconciled with your figures.

3. At the end of the financial year, your loan amount is reconciled against the management fee payable to you.
