Hi, Confused—To add to what Gustavo has said, "and approved by" doesn't have a special name. What does have a special name is the process of reduction by which both "coordinated with" and "approved by" appear before the object of the respective prepositions ("the program administrator"). That process is called Right Node Raising. Your example is a reduction of the following:

  • The program may include additional services as coordinated with the program administrator and approved by the program administrator.
