Well, Kis, in the USA, people enjoy religious freedom. Therefore not everyone's marriage customs here are the same. I am most familiar with the Christian marriage ceremony. I typically hear options (c), (d), and (e). But I'm pretty sure that Jewish people living in the USA would choose (f). Atheists, I believe, generally have judges perform the marriage ceremony, so (g) works well too. I myself would not use either of the options you have presented; however, I have no objection to their usage.
