In accounting, we generally speak about providing a breakdown of some account.
According to Wikipedia, overhead expenses can be broken down into accounting fees, advertising, insurance, interest, legal fees, labor burden, rent, repairs, supplies, taxes, telephone bills, travel expenditures, and utilities.
A breakdown of overhead expenses or expenditure (notice I don't use the singular "expense") consists of specifying the different individual amounts that compose that global expenditure.

I just wanted to add that, instead of "Provide a breakdown of each type of X" or "Provide breakdown details of each type of X," Tony could say "Break down each type of X" or speak of "breaking them down," i.e., take advantage of the fact that "break (something) down" is a phrasal verb, the phrasal verb from which the noun "breakdown" derives.

Provide an itemised breakdown of the amounts that included in the overhead expenditure. Any difference in terms of the meaning from the above.
"itemised" (AmE spelling is "itemized") means "presented as a list of items." I think "itemized breakdown" is redundant, or indicative that the breakdown should include all possible items in detail.

What is definitely wrong in your sentence above is what I highlighted. You can say either "included" or "that are included."
