What tense should I use to mean 'I am feeling well after taking the vaccine.'?

1- I am feeling well after I took the vaccine.

2- I am feeling well after I have taken the vaccine.

3- I am feeling well after I take the vaccine.

The best form is 'I am well after getting vaccinated / taking the vaccine.' If you want to use one of your three options, go with the one with the present perfect. You can also say, "I have been feeling well since I took the vaccine."
