Which one is correct?

1- Sachin Tendulkar has earned a better reputation than any other cricketer has ever done is history.

Hi, Subhajit,

Please note the typo: "... in history."

In (1), "other" makes it clear that Sachin Tendulkar is a cricketer: "... than any cricketer other than him."

In (2), we are comparing Sachin Tendulkar with cricketers, but he may not be a cricket player himself. What that sentence expresses is that cricketers have, as a rule, a good reputation, and the subject has a better reputation than those other people, who happen to be cricket players.
I agree with Gustavo's answer. I'd just like to point out that there is an easier and more natural way of formulating the idea here:
3- Sachin Tendulkar has earned the best reputation of any cricketer in history.
