How would you feel if your dog attacks someone? ---> 'if your dog attacks anyone, how would you feel?' You think the person wants the dog to not ever attack but is training the dog in a way that could lead it to attack a person.  You are not allowing any exceptions, even for robbers or murderers.  You donʻt think the dog will always attack; rather, you believe the owner thinks or should think that one attack is an attack too many, and the person attacked would be that one "someone".

How would you feel if your dog attacks just anyone? ---> 'if your dog attacks indiscriminately, how would you feel?'  Perhaps the dog is going to be a guard dog and they are expecting it to attack any and all intruders, but the person you are speaking to is training it in such a way that you believe it might attack non-intruders as well.

How would you feel if your dog attacks everyone? ---> ʻyour dog may end up attacking everyone that comes in contact with it, even you, the owner.ʻ  The dog owner is now abusive, and the dog is becoming indiscriminately vicious toward humans.

How would you feel if your dog attacks anyone? ---> Out of context, this would likely be interpreted by listeners as the 'attacks someone' case above, but is literally most like the 'attacks everyone' case above.  Out of context, it should be considered ambiguous because 1) 'anyone' doesnʻt offer any insight as to the frequency of these potential attacks, and 2) doesnʻt define the group at risk well.  How would you feel if your dog attacks anyone (who tries to feed it)?   How would you feel if your dog attacks anyone (it doesnʻt recognize)?   How would you feel if your dog attacks anyone (at all)?

In context, it would be clear.  If your neighbor is trying to raise a sweet and gentle dog but keeps yanking toys away from it, "attacks anyone" would be equivalent to "attacks someone."

If your neighbor is trying to train a guard dog but keeps training the animal to attack anyone that isnʻt the owner, you mean, "just anyone".

If your neighbor is starving and kicking the dog daily, you probably shouldnʻt say, "attacks everyone," but call the police instead.
