Are these nonsentences picture captions, Toaha? That is, do the nonsentences appear underneath pictures as descriptions?
I've never heard anyone speak of "watching cartoon." I don't know what British speakers say, but American speakers say "watching cartoons" (with the "s").
Anyway, the only one that may make sense to me is: My girlfriend is (being) mad because I watch cartoon.
