What is the difference between close of and close off?
e.g. I have closed of the criminal matters or I have closed off the criminal matters?
or, can I just say, I have closed the criminal matters. Thanks!

What do you mean by "criminal matters"? Criminal cases? Criminal charges? Criminal proceedings? And who is speaking: the criminal, the attorney, the judge?

In that case, you have to use "close."
