My friend isn't very good at fishing, but he is even (better - worse ) at swimming. What is the right choice  ?

Hi, Emad,

"not very good at fishing" is a euphemistic way of saying "bad at fishing." Therefore, the comparative you need is worse:

- My friend isn't very good at fishing, but he is even worse at swimming.
