Hi, Toaha—Both sentences are in the passive voice. The first is in the present simple passive and relates to the active-voice correlate "People don't tell this to us." The second is in the present perfect passive and relates to the active-voice correlate "People haven't told this to us." It's the difference between not being regularly told something and not having ever been told something.
