I see that the only correct answer is the passive causative 'b'. If you want 'a' to work, you should insert the indefinite article 'having a blood pressure test / check'.

Hi, Mohamed—I agree with Ahmed_btm that (b) is the only correct option. I find it unnatural, however, without the addition of "your" before "blood pressure":

(B1) Having your blood pressure checked is an advantage of donating blood.
