I see neither answer is correct.

As "find" isn't followed by up , out about needs an object, and I have never seen "out in" before

It should be found out

Is that right or wrong

Hi, Salma,

To add to Ahmed's correct answer, "found out about" would only be possible if there were a noun, or an "-ing," not a "that"-clause after it:

1. We found out that we had been at the same school.
2. We found out about the coincidence of having gone to the same school.
3. We found out about our having gone to the same school. (Though correct, this may sound a bit far-fetched and we'll always tend to use a "that"-clause as in (1).)
