From when to when or from what date to till what date

Are you sure you want to use the past was held rather than the future will be held?

Hi, Faiz—I like the alternative Gustavo has suggested. Your first sentence does not work very well; however, the second one simply needs the addition of "and" and the deletion of "till." You can't say "to till what date."
