Hi, Egyptian2017,

People generally don't say things like "I think I am sick," because it is usually clear to the speaker whether or not he or she is sick.

The second choice ("I think I will be sick") is unnatural, and the third choice ("I think I am going to be sick") has a different meaning in native usage.

To native speakers, "I think I am going to be sick" means that the speaker is feeling queasy and thinks he is going to vomit. The best choice isn't listed:

  • I have sneezed 5 times this morning. I think I am getting sick.

Perhaps you could notify the committee. "Am getting" should be the model answer to this question.
