If that's something that is about to happen and 'watch out' indicates the immediacy of the warning, I see that 'are going to' will be the better choice. However, if there is no immediate danger, 'will' will be the better choice, but then you should better use 'be careful'. You can say:

- Watch out! You are going to fall in this hole.

- Be careful or you (will / are going to) fall in the hole.
