Hello, Ahmed Imam Attia—The present perfect does not take backshift. The only answer choice that makes sense is "are going": "Sue has just told Ann that they are going to their friend's wedding tonight."
Because backshift is not involved, "would go" could only be used if there were conditional meaning—e.g.: "Sue has just told Ann that they would go to their friend's wedding tonight if she found an appropriate dress to wear."
