Hello, Abdelhakam Ayoup, and welcome to the Grammar Exchange.

I always..........take my fathers  permission before I go out.That's a family rule.

( have to - must - both )

There are a few problems with this example. First, the possessive does not have an apostrophe: fathers permission should be father's permission. Second, there is not a space between the two sentences. Third, take my father's permission should be have my father's permission. Then the answer will be "both":

  • I always have to have my father's permission before I go out.
  • I always must have my father's permission before I go out.
