Peter Parker: [in argument with Mary Jane] "You don't understand! I'm not an empty seat anymore! I'm different! Punch me, I bleed!".

Could you please explain what does this sentence mean? please expand on it.

Hi, Maged Hosny—Are you sure you have quoted it correctly? In the film clip I found (see here), the quote is: "I'm different! Punch me! I'd bleed."

"Punch me! I'd bleed!" has conditional meaning: "If you punched me, I would bleed." She then punches him, and he does bleed, which illustrates the point.
