I understand that by "style" you mean "parallelism" among the different items. Although "extraordinary growth," "strategic progress" and "advancement into new sectors" contain non-count nouns (in the singular) and "partnerships" is a plural count noun, I find that the generic and abstract nature of all four nouns (only "strong partnerships" could be interpreted as concrete or specific examples of "strong partnership") results in a grammatically correct and stylistically appropriate sentence.
