What does 2-3 mean in the examples above, kinds or times?

Hi, Ruifeng,

At face value, the sentences refer to types of vegetable and fruit. However, it is important to take into account the context and the speaker's proficiency in English, and we know neither.

It's possible that the speaker means to refer to different servings but doesn't speak English well enough to know that he hasn't used an appropriate construction for that meaning.

Each sentence should, of course, begin with an uppercase letter.
