No comment vs No comments, No other business vs No other businesses, which is correct ?

Please provide some context (sentences) for the phrases you are asking about. In a contextual vacuum, the singular and the plural are grammatically possible.

You should use "no comments" in the first sentence.
In the second sentence, we use non-count "business" to mean "matters." "Businesses" usually means "companies." The typical collocation in meeting minutes is: ... as there was no further business to transact (= as there were no other matters to deal with).
