Please could you tell me which of the following sentences is correct.
1) We are on page 20.
2) We are at page 20.

It's "on page 20."

That's the normal way. Just to make sure, I took a look at the Collins online concordancer*, where there were three examples of "at + page."

Nevertheless, "on + page" is what you will see and hear, and be correct when you use it.
