I've been reading a book lately " Alice's adventures in the wonderland" and i've came across to this sentence, " so either way I'll get into the garden, and I don't care which happen", i didn't get what does Alice mean with " i don't care which happen". I'll be glad if someone explain to me, have a good day y'all.

It's a bit difficult to understand the meaning of a sentence without a whole context, but I suppose that Alice wants to get into the garden, despite the fact it will be bad or good for her. We can use the phrase "I don't care" in case we want to say "It means nothing for me", "It doesn't bother me", "I'll do it anyway".

The name of the book is "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" (without "the"). It seems to me you are reading a poor version of the book because it contains a serious grammatical mistake: "happen" should be "happens." (I will not mention other mistakes you made in your question.)

Gustavo has already covered everything; however, in case it's still unclear to you what "I don't care which happens!" means, even after seeing the sentence correctly printed in its proper context, the meaning is "I don't care whether the cake makes me grow larger or whether it makes me grow smaller."
