I agree with Ahmed. Additionally, if we intend for the clause to sound like a polite request (rather than just a question about the availability of an expert), we could use the conditional:

- I was wondering if you'd have an expert who could ...

In this case, the speaker does not only want to know whether the interlocutor has an expert, but is asking for help.
