Hello, Tony—From a grammatical standpoint, with "other" (not "the other" or "another") introducing a noun phrase headed by a count noun, the head noun needs to be a plural noun. We can't say, e.g., "He picked other apple.", but we can say, "He picked other apples," "He picked the other apple," etc. So you need "industries." You should also set the "including"-phrase off with a comma.

No comma should come after including.

preferably "food, beverage and other hospitality industries"

OR

"food and beverage, and other hospitality industries" if you mean to group "food and beverage" as one industry. This is known as The Oxford Comma.
