Hello, Mika—You can speak of relaxing in nature when you have in mind relaxing outside and away from manmade things. It does not work to speak of relaxing in "nature surroundings," which should be "natural surroundings." The difference between nature and natural surroundings is that the latter need not be in nature. One can have natural surroundings (plants, etc.) inside a building.
