The phrase:

is totally ungrammatical because "amounts" is plural and the verb is in the third person singular.

Apart from that, the use of the verb "comprise" is incorrect. You can say "comprise" (without any preposition) or "be comprised of," not "comprise of."

With more context, we might be able to help you choose a better verb, like "include" or "be composed of."
