Are they both correct and natural?

If so, do they have the same meaning?

Hi, Kis,

They share the same hobby, which is collecting stamps, so only (a) is correct. "are" would only be possible if more than one hobby were listed:

c. His/Her/Their hobbies are collecting stamps and gardening.
