I have a question about the use of "to-infinitive" in the following sentence:

Widely regarded as the premier chemist of the twentieth century, Pauling is the only man to have individually won two Nobel Prizes.

If the sentence above is grammatically sound, I wonder if it is equivalent with the use of relative clause or V-ing as follows:

Widely regarded as the premier chemist of the twentieth century, Pauling is the only man who has individually won two Nobel Prizes.

Widely regarded as the premier chemist of the twentieth century, Pauling is the only man having individually won two Nobel Prizes.

Thank you very much for your help
