Is the use of gerund in the sentence below grammatical?

We will have one section with Dr. Brian to clarify some of the doubts with regard to preparing the New Table 4 format.

Yes, Joshua. That is grammatical. "With regard to" is a compound preposition, and "to" is not an infinitive marker there. The V-ing above can, as a matter of fact, be replaced with a noun:

- We will have one section with Dr. Brian to clarify some of the doubts with regard to the preparation of the New Table 4 format.
