Which of the above sentences are grammatically and make sense?
Which are natural?

What does (d) mean?
It seems to me that it means you belong in a better team, and that is the only meaning the sentence could have. (b) and (c) seem meaningless to me but (a) seems fine. I think it is an idiom.
