"How much will it be to buy a house in this part of New York?"
instead of
"How much will it cost to buy a house in this part of New York?"

How about the following pair?

It is $9oo,000 to buy a house in this part of New York.
Vs
It will cost $900,00 to buy a house in this part of New York.

Are both grammatical?
