Yes, both 1 & 2 are grammatically correct. The second is the better as many people would use the hypothetical past automatically here. The first one, which uses the present subjunctive, is unusual. See Michael Swan page 475:
"A present tense or present subjunctive is possible (e.g. I'd rather he goes / he gohome now), but unusual."
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
