The question is: Today is the tenth ................ of moving into our new house. (Anniversary/ year)

Hi, Carlos—Neither answer works, because the sentence is flawed. The testmaker wants you to choose "anniversary" ("year" is nonsense in this context: it would indicate that you move have moved into the house every year), but the sentence should be revised: "Today is the tenth aniversary of our moving into our house." Note that I have added "our" and deleted "new."

I see that it's perfect to say so. Thanks for your help, dear.
